Now, I’m doing the same thing and when I get into 4th gear, it’s about 2500/2600 RPM - allowing me to get to speed faster on the freeway. That’s just 1 example. From start off: I can get out of 1st gear sooner and I still have to acclimate to the sensitivity, but IT IS SO MUCH BETTER. MOST NOTICEABLE: I always had to downshift going up a hill in 6th gear when I got to about 2200 RPMs. NOT ANYMORE!!! I just press the gas and I can feel a slight acceleration and am able to maintain speed up the hill and I NO LONGER HAVE TO DOWNSHIFT (on a slight incline). desertcart delivered it late (by a day) and I’ve never been so excited to get something, due to the positive reviews, so they made me sad for a day. I mounted it under my dash and strictly use the Bluetooth app. I roll with my top and doors off all summer - I’d kick someone *** if they stole this thing. 1 month UPDATE: still going strong. No issues after about 1000 miles. I go between City +2 and Sport -2 for in town driving. I installed very easily the kit as described in the installation instructions! It only took me about 15 minutes to properly install this. I have a 6 speed manual and let me tell you the difference in the throttle response is wild. The responsiveness of the pedal in sport + makes it feel a lot quicker even though you’re not adding anymore tuning to the engine. The lag you get from factory really makes you question how quick your vehicle really can be. It is function-able for any party whether you want more power or better MPG.
