I've tried several different lecithins and enjoy this one THE most. Nice flavor easy to eat off the spoon to get my daily supply. Helps keep my hair thick! Could be added to smoothies, I also use to emulsify my homemade lotions. I use this to make my lyposomal vitamin C. This gives the most palatable flavor possible. I have tried just about every brand on Amazon- this is by far THE best! Second jar looks old compared to the first order. Think the taste is off. Maybe it still has the nutrient in there fully. Maybe it won't hurt me to take it. Yeah I poured what was left of the first jar on top of this one so you can see the color difference in the same picture.
