Putting this together was a bit weird. Almost thought I was going to break it when I put the phone mount onto the ball. But I tested it last night after I got it and it works well. Very convenient that the bottom turns and adjusts to your cup holders size. The only thing I don't like is that the whole thing wiggles a little bit while going down the road but still deserving of my 5 stars.

Well, I wasn't goling to pay the very high cost that Weathertech charged for the same functionality. I just didn't think this was that easy to install but it wasn't bad. Tightening the device in the cup holder of my car is easier when you can turn, in order to tighten, the holder without any obstacles overhead. But it holds my phone well and is a fantastic savings.

This fit snugly in the cupholder and my galaxy note9 fit well in the holder, making the phone easy to access! Very happy with this purchase!
