It offers excellent corrosion protection, water resistance, and prevents stick-slip and galling, making it ideal for high-load, low-to-medium speed applications across diverse industries. ## Description M-kote DX is a white grease paste suited for long-term lubrication for metal parts and for assemblies. It contains solid lubricants for assembly and long-term lubrication of metal components yet it is smooth and buttery so it is excellent for use in industrial and commercial mechanical equipment systems as well as in linear motion components and precision mechanical systems. It is formulated with a corrosion inhibitor for long term protection of metal components.M-kote DX is used successfully on many frictional contacts of electrical and domestic appliances, packaging and office machinery, precision instruments, machinery in foodstuffs and beverages industry, as well as in textile and plastics processing machinery.M-kote DX Paste grease is recommended for certain components in ETA Valjoux watch movements and is an excellent grease for many other chronograph/horology systems. It is also excellent for precision mechanical systems and scientific instruments with low to medium speed and medium to heavy load moving parts.M-kote DX is said to be similar to the popular Moebius D5 but with a less fluid viscosity and will not drip or run. Since it is white in color it is easy to see exactly where it has been applied yet it spreads virtually invisible when applied as a thin film.APPLICATIONS: - Sliding surfaces and friction contacts exposed to heavy loads, requiring "clean" lubrication, especially at low to medium speeds. - For use in home furnishings, electrical appliances, packaging equipment, office equipment, precision equipment, plastic processing equipment, textile equipment.COMPOSITION: - Mineral Oil - Lithium Soap - White solid lubricants (Polytetrafluoroethylene - Teflon or equivalent brand) - Corrosion inhibitor. ## Features - For long-term lubrication of metal parts and for assemblies - For precision mechanical systems. - For watch movements and other chronograph/horology systems. - Resistance to water wash-out. Good corrosion protection. - Prevents stick-slip and seizure. Excellent protection against galling. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00CAD6AAE | | Best Sellers Rank | #331,987 in Industrial & Scientific ( See Top 100 in Industrial & Scientific ) #1,541 in Industrial Lubricants | | Brand Name | DC | | Container Type | Tube | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (49) | | Item Form | Paste | | Item Weight | 0.27 g | | Liquid Volume | 25 ml | | Manufacturer | DC | | Material | Metal | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | 404532025 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Commercial,Mechanical | | Specific Uses For Product | electrical and domestic appliances, packaging and office machinery, precision instruments, machinery in foodstuffs and beverages industry, textile and plastics processing machinery | ## Product Details - **Brand:** DC - **Item Weight:** 0.27 g - **Liquid Volume:** 25 ml - **Material:** Metal - **Package Information:** Tube ## Images ![Dow Corning M-kote DX Paste Grease Lubricant 25g - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41xPl+tBKtL.jpg) ![Dow Corning M-kote DX Paste Grease Lubricant 25g - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81OVIOU-25L.jpg) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fi/products/11456025-dow-corning-m-kote-dx-paste-grease-lubricant-25g](https://www.desertcart.fi/products/11456025-dow-corning-m-kote-dx-paste-grease-lubricant-25g) --- *Product available on Desertcart Finland* *Store origin: FI* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
