I have Windows 7 Pro, and it took several calls to their customer service department for me to actually begin to upload the data, but they were friendly. You can export your data as a .csv file, so it can be sent to a spreadsheet or other software that can import data. But, it is a great value, and very helpful for people like me, who need to get daily blood pressure and heart rate readings at odd times, like right after waking up, or just before going to bed.
