I have a 1yr old that doesn’t like water in her face at all. She has autism and we try to accommodate her needs the best we can. I got her this ducky sprayer to help with bath time. She loved it and it did help for about 2 months. Now it’s not working at all and where you put the batteries in at is wet. It says there is a year warranty on these but I don’t know who to contact or where to go.

This design is flawed.It's too huge and has battery slots under the device, which guarantees your battery to spoil and the device to rust.They could have easily made the head the place where we put battery but nooo.Also did I mention it's huge ?I did read about that prior to purchasing but still went with it , because I needed a slow unpressurised shower for my baby.But it wasn't practical in the baby's tiny tub. We could use it rarely and on third useage the battery was depleted /spoilt due to rust.My elder 2 year old has fun with this in the pool.I recommend getting a smaller device , and something that houses the battery above the water. But this was helpful when we needed it the most.

Please, please, please save your money ! Do not buy this product. I hate to say this I really do, but this is probably the worst thing I’ve ever spent my money on. The duck itself is very cute, which for that it gets credit. I did everything the instructions told me to do and no water would suction up. Also, the little shower head would drizzle when if was facing upward. Which 1) how could you use it if it’s only drizzling facing upwards 2) hardly any water shoots out , it’s not even good enough to use it 3) it randomly stopped drizzling the little bit of water that shot out.

This is such a cute product for my baby! He loves it :) and it is so easy to use as a shower.. works as a bath toy as well as a shower... I love it 🥰

It's freaking cute. Thats it. My 17 month old loves ducks and water so I thought this would be great. He loved it. But the suction power wasn't strong enough for it to move it in the water & it died after two uses.

My kids loved it but after about 6 weeks the suction power was almost nothing and it wasn't very strong to begin 3. No way to dry the inside of the hose so it has now began to show signs of mold since I haven't been using it.

I got this for bath time for my 3 month old, I was skeptical it oh my god this is amazing! Before using this product my baby would scream all throughout bath time, since we’ve been using it she laughs throughout bath time and is happy. Keeps my baby nice and warm cuz I can spray her body while I’m washing her up, and perfect for getting shampoo off her head without getting it in her eyes. I’m gonna have to order one for a gift every time I go to a baby shower now, everyone should have one of these.

So cute and appears to be very durable! Easy to use and comes with helpful directions/tips for care. This is the perfect gift for your little one. My god child is going to love it!
