Powertex is needed as a binder. (or acrylic binder or acrylic paint) . By adding Powertex, the wax will become harder. **Q: How long does it take to dry?** A: It depends of the thickness of the layer applied. If you work in a humid environment it will also have an impact on the drying process. **Q: is it opaque or transparent?
