A: I think they did. But I bought the 2 pack and it's a bit more costly but I keep one at home and one with my travel items.

A: I don't recall having a problem with it. Try using your thumb and pointer finger, holding only the flat portion on top of the cap and turn only that part.

A: I usually wait 20-30 minutes before putting my contacts back in with no issues.
