They worked well for a number of years but eventually stopped up and became difficult to fill. The container holding the soap broke off at the neck as well. I probably wouldn’t buy again. I just installed two of these in our kitchen. It has a very solid feel and seems to be of top quality. The dispenser generates a good amount of soap when dispensing. Finishes are top grade. The bottle has plentiful soap, volume capacity, and the parts screwed together well. I’m connecting this with a tube type dispensing mechanism with a check valve in it to avoid constant refilling. I had some trouble getting the tube over the Moen pump, mechanism, spout, but I finally was successful. The set up appears to be working flawlessly.
