I was looking for something that would compactly and neatly store my laptop and accessories keeping all handy and easy to grab as I take it wherever I wish to use it (bedroom, kitchen, recliner, porch or to my sister's home to show pictures, etc.). This case is exactly what I wanted. It holds my laptop, laptop pad, mouse, shoulder strap (which I use only on occasion) the charger and cords, a small microfiber dusting pad, a keyboard brush, and some miscellaneous instructions and notes with each item in its own compartment. All are easily placed into and pulled from the case. Despite holding all these items, the whole package is slim and easily tucked beside a chair or piece of furniture. The plastic clips on the shoulder strap may not be able to hold up under heavy use or rough handling, but other than that weakness, the case appears to be very durable, made with a sturdy fabric, tightly stitched seams and zippers, and a decent nicely fitted lining. It fits comfortably without being squeezed in or bounced around. It has a great zipper pocket to carry the charger and a mouse in, and it has three small divided sections in that pocket against the lining to hold pens, flash drives, etc. It is a great value and offers the protection I wanted for a price I loved. The strap is optional, which is nice when I want to carry it around by the handles, but the strap is secure and sturdy for when I'm travelling and need the bag on my shoulder.
