Good- but read quantity!
This is a very good product, however in my own haste, I did not notice that this vs the others I looked at while comparison shopping was just one weight. I am not unsatisfied with quality, but be aware to order X2.

DO NOT BUY THESE!! The material can't support the weight!!
This is the second time I've had the strap that holds the metal loop in place break off. I bought a pair of these awhile ago and had the strap break off.. In one of the pics attached you'll see I sewed and Crazy glued the strap back but it broke off again. I figured this was my fault as I was wearing both weights and doing work outs such as leg lifts on my rack. In which case the weights are bouncing a bit as I pick my legs up.That was the weight on the far left in the pic attached. The one on the far right is the replacement I got this year January and I'm so over these weights now!! This time around I just wore them around the house, doing calf/leg raises as I sat at my computer chair. No strenuous work outs like before, and STILL it falls off my leg one random day I strap it up because the loop breaks off AGAIN.. The material just can't support 20Lbs so DO NOT BUY THESE!!.. $55 for one weight is way to much for these to break so easily.. Im pissed because I actually love wearing them, and gradually getting stronger as I notice I can walk normally after a few weeks of walking around with them! But I can't keep replacing them!!!!

Versatile, convenient, and adjustable weights.
This product is a as great as it is versatile.Quite heavy, especially if you slack on regular exercise like I do, but the weight is adjustable 1lb at a time.Great tool to get back in shape, one step at a time.10/10 would recommend.

Not Durable. Poor Velco
3 months later, the weights broke. The material can't hold the weight. See photo. The strap started to come apart plus the velco had also started to fail to hold.Only used once a week to do hamstring curls and the product couldn't handle that.Sadly, it seems there aren't other 20lb ankle weights around.Avoid this product.

One came broken
I ordered two of these. One is great and works fine. The other had a torn strap which didn't allow it to be strapped around my ankle. Hassle to box back up and return.

VERY well made product!
VERY well made. Metal weights are easy to insert and remove. I started with one weight (1/2 pound each) in each side and have progressed to four weights in each side so far. I do stationery exercises while sitting to increase muscle strength around my "new knee" (total knee replacement). Each metal weight is 1/2 pound; by putting all the weights in it would equal FIVE pounds. There is ONE product for ONE knee. If I had needed two, I would buy this again. Excellent, well made product.

Good work, mostly
The adjustable weights on this unit mean that flexible weight loads are available for the physical therapy that my 90 year old father-in-law is undergoing, adding weight as his ability encreases. Unfortunately the Velcro strap does not immediately suggest security, although w/some asjusting it certainly does the job, secured as it is by the user's foot. I would suggest taking the time to get comfortable with the securing of the strap before you use this especially on older people, but over all its flexibility and its solid construction do the job well.

Broke after first use.
Initially I was very excited about receiving this product. I tried it on a few weeks ago, it wasn't very comfortable, but given the amount of weight these are, that's understandable. The unfortunate reality is that after my first time using these weights the thread attaching the straps ripped off of the vinyl... essentially these are expensive paperweights. One single thread was used to attach the velcro to the weights, which is ludacris given the amount of weight. There's no way you could do rigorous activity in these weights as they will literally fall to pieces. I walked 15 feet and the threads literally fell out. You can see the remains of the SINGLE black thread that attached the strap to the velcro. Extremely disappointed as my training program is now halted til I can find a suitable replacement. They are aesthetically pleasing, but given the poor quality of sewmanship, these weights are entirely impractical for exercise.
