The monitor app is a China app (HDWifiCamPro) with many unnecessary authorities (e.g. GPS, speaker, contact list etc.)I try to find out how to recording in the absence of that app and wifi, it seems like a waste of $56.99

DON’T BUY! YOU’ll REGRET IT
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!I purchased 3 of this item because of the price but after buying I wish I had saved even that money and gone with another product. They claim cloud service, but it’s not available. It claimed night vision, but I can see better in the dark than the camera can. The picture quality claims to go up to 4K, but that is only true if you never view the stream or video on a screen larger than 4 inches. The WiFi connectivity is the worst and the camera only works intermittently, and when it finally stops working 3 months after purchasing and you follow the user manual to reset without success, you reach out to the seller. The seller treats you like an idiot and acts like there is no possible way the product could fail and insinuate you’re too inept to follow the minimal manual it came with.

False advertising! There is no cloud storage available for this device through their app or 3rd party.

Poor Quality camera but you can still use it to spy or whatever
This would be an excellent product. However, it cannot be used as a webcam. Learned that the hard way. You can only view the camera feed remotely. That's a deal breaker for me. Great for actual spying, I guess. You can stick this thing in most places and that's nice.

Hard to find the power source for this unit
The voltage and milliamps are are very uncommon and unpractical beings they don't make a charger that will fit this you just have to run with the five volts even though it doesn't use 5 volts so it'll probably burn it up before too long we'll see how it goes

I simply can’t get it to work
I did speak with seller only for them to say I was the only one that had the problem. I still have hoping some time soon I’ll figure out the problem. I would say it’s a great paper weight but it’s not good for that either!

Not as good as advertised
Picture becomes very pixelated if camera is moved in the slightest bit and night version is very pool quality
