The Listing doesn't cover all models that it works for.
I got ONE, just one to try for my Panasonic phone system TGE260 (that is what is on the base) with Link2Cell. The handsets have this model number on them- TGEA20. This works FINE on my phone. I can hear clearly and I called my other phone and left a message to be sure the mic works. All is in good order over here. NOW, since it works...I'll order another.

Great for Cordless Handset
I bought a couple of these before but apparently lost them. Kept having conference calls that last a long time. These are great to hook your corded headset up to your wireless phone handset so you can walk around while on a call. Notice I said wireless phone handset, not cell phone, because not all cell phones have a 2.5mm audio jack. These cables will connect a 3.5mm headset audio jack to your wireless phone handset's 2.5 mm audio jack. And the 2.5 mm jack's 90° angle is great, because then you're cable is not sticking straight out of the phone.

Works great for my phone and headset
I could not find any other adapter to use to marry the 4-pole earpiece with mic to my Panasonic cordless landline phone. The original 3-pole earpiece that I had for the phone stopped working and I was not willing top pay $90+ for a replacement so I bought a single over the ear earpiece with a mic that works for smart phones, but it is a 4-pole plug and the phone uses a 3-pole jack. As many know, most adapters do not carry the mic signal thru because the mic is in a different location on a 3-pole plug than a 4-pole plug. I searched and searched and did not find anything that would work until I found this product. I was beginning to think that I was going to have to buy pieces and parts and wire one myself. This adapter seems to work just fine so far.

Did not work with my Panasonic phone set
I have a pair of Panasonic KX-TGE232B Cordless Phones (they came as a set). I used these with my landline when I bought them,, but they're now connected over VoIP with my current internet service. The phones work fine with VoIP. They have a headphone jack, but it's one of those jacks that aren't compatible with standard 1/8" headphone plugs.I detest the "call center" headsets that work with these phone jacks -- the kind with only one ear on them and the long jawbone-type microphone. I wanted to use one of my headphones that work with everything else. They have better sound quality and they're more comfortable, with two ear pieces. So I bought this adapter.I plugged the adapter into the Panasonic and tried it with my Bose noise-canceling headphones. I got a very faint audio from it, not loud enough. However, the microphone did not work. The next experiment was with a pair of Klipsch earbuds plugged into the Panasonic adapter. These didn't work at all. No audio AND no mic. I tried with a third pair of headphones (some old Sony headphones, no mic) because the two previously mentioned headphones have a 3-ring plug for smartphones, whereas the Sony headphones use a 2-ring plug. On this attempt, I got a persistent electronic noise, like a digital tunnel whirling sound. So, after all this detail, I can say: this adapter doesn't work.

Just be aware of terminology, Headphones vs Headsets
Just be aware of terminology, Headphones vs Headsets. "Headset" is headphones + microphone. When you plug in this adapter, it captures the phone's microphone as well as earpiece, so if you plug in "Headphones" (w/o mic) you can hear them but they can't hear you. I was hoping to use headphones to enhance hearing, while continuing to use the Panasonic cordless phone otherwise normally. That doesn't work. If you have a HeadSET with 3.5mm plug that you want to use with cordless phone this should be just the ticket. Full disclosure by seller would make this point in their scrambled headline and subsequent bullet points. Not sure how many stars that's worth, but had I known I wouldn't have bought it. It's Panasonic's hardware that kills the mic, but still this seller mentions both headphones and headsets in his banner, don't assume magic.

Works with my Panasonic Cordless Phone
There are a lot of products and confusing reviews out there on these type of products. What I can confirm is this product DOES WORK with my Panasonic Cordless home phone handset model KX-TGA660 (found under the handset battery cover). I wanted something that I could plug in ear buds and both hear and talk clearly vs just using the speaker phone option and you can keep much of the conversation quite and everyone in the room doesn't have to hear. I am using a cheap pair of $3 earbuds with the built in mic you would use with your cell phone or computer. I hear the conversation in BOTH ears and they can hear me fine so these would great for what I wanted to accomplish.

So far so good
I've been using this adapter on my Panasonic cordless phone so I can use a headset with it for a few weeks now and so far, it's been working fine. Volume is acceptable. I just hope it lasts as long as my last one did. I will update my review if I have issues.

Limited audio capabilities
I bought this Headphone Earpiece Jack Adapter Cable for my Panasonic cordless phones. I My first test with a conference call with the office resulted in relatively poor quality. I could not bring up the volume up on my Panasonic to the maximum level and the callers on the lines could not hear me all that well when using my headphone with built in microphone. In summary, it works, I can hear people on the other side of the line but the audio quality is restricted. I would not recommend people to purchase this product.
