I installed it yesterday (i have experience in installing these screens on iphones) and it worked. The screen looked cheap and the image quality was degraded, but it worked which is what i needed to be able to use the phone for important calls, text, etc. Today during a call, the screen died. The customer called back but I couldnt answer. After extensive troubleshooting, it was obvious the screen died due to a manufacturer defect/error. I reached out to the seller. His packaging includes a notice to reachout with any issues via email and mention the order number. I reached out a few times and let him know I needed a response urgently, as I depend on having a phone for business and important personal calls etc. After a few hours, I decided to initiate an amazon refund, which takes days to happen after I return the product. Now I have to spend more money (not on amazon) to order another screen and I'll be at least one full day without a phone, which is a critical hit to my business.
