It's all wrapped together and in updated context - Lou, Darwin, Kimberly, Callie, Doc Howard, Glenn, Sam Case, Rachel, Sherry Cherry, Dr. P., new player Dani Ripper (from "Call Me"), Miranda Rodriguez, new player "Rose," and a scattering of others. From this ending it's very obvious we're in for some very interesting follow-on, as there are some very explosive combinations left hanging, which implies far from an ending of Donovan's adventures or surprises awaiting him when he finds out some of what we, the readers, have learned. Donovan does have his problems trying to understand women, but that just puts him in the same sphere of mysteries as the rest of the earth's male population. Some of his straight faced conversations with his beautiful friends are hilarious. This book is simply a joy to read. It is pure entertainment. Enjoy it, and if you haven't read the entire series, I suggest you seriously consider doing so. In addition, John Locke's three book Emmett Love series, is a riot. Funny as a horse which refuses to turn in any but one direction, but will walk behind the frustrated rider, or a bear with a gigantic sense of humor. Review: Donovan Creed series - While not as good as some of the previous books in this series I still enjoyed reading it. Some things just felt unfinished. I am hoping they will be revisited in the next books to wrap them up. Some things just felt unfinished. I am hoping they will be revisited in the next books to wrap them up. That said, I can't wait to start on the next book. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Maybe I'll read this three times... *by A***R on December 30, 2011* I read Maybe in one day and now I'm on my second reading. I'm glad to get past the last book, Call Me!, and into the next Creed book. Maybe was fast-paced and probaby the funniest since the first book in the series. I really loved the narrative of this book. We got into Creed's head a little more this time and into Callie's head which was a great surprise. Like others have said, a lot of story lines were tied-up nicely and we can see that there is a lot of fun reading ahead of us. My only criticism is I wish the editors would catch the "I could care less." Please say "I couldn't care less." Just one little silly thing that distracts an idiot like me. But if it's artistic license by John, then I take it back. :) Overall, a great read and in my opinion, it's in the top two of the Creed books.
