I'm not a "review this" guy...when I order stuff, right or by mistake I'll handle it. That being said, the last 4-5 days I was going to work absolutely crushed, my energy was down to maybe 20% all day, I thought, being diabetic, this was a sugar thing...nope. got home and crashed out, no dinners...cut my lawn on Monday, usually takes me 20 minutes front and back, this time I took 3 breaks in between, just no energy! I thought I had to call my doctor until I googled why am I so damn tired? Iron deficiency popped up and I realized I hadn't eaten mostly nothing for this whole time. These pills pop up on Amazon search with thousands of good reviews so I pulled the plug and got them the same day. I FEEL 1000% BETTER this morning, first time taking the pill! I'm in awe how much we take our body for granted, how seriously you need to stay up on the vitamins and eat good food...I can't recommend these enough! Make sure they play nice with other meds if you're taking them but oh my God! Slugginess, gone...hunger, back...happiness, 100%!

I have used this product for a few years now and I have never been disappointed with it. This has caused a very dramatic change where my iron is concerned. Unlike some of the other iron supplements this doesn’t have any kind of negative or bad side effects that I can think of. One of the main reasons I really enjoy it is because you can take it without having to eat and it’s something I do every morning because I’m not a breakfast person. I hope that they don’t make any changes to these.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!! I have to hold my breath and take it with some kind of drink otherwise it tastes like I have a blood clot sitting in my mouth…BUT…works amazingly. I have so much more energy and my skin has taken on a super healthy color and glow. Totally worth the god awful taste.

I need non constipating iron as I am pregnant and my iron is low. If taste is a factor for you, these aren’t gonna work. Before I was pregnant they were fine, tasted disgusting but did not cause me to be nauseous after I got them down.However now that I am pregnant, the taste is overwhelmingly disgusting and makes me gag when I try to take it. Honestly its like a mouth full of blood. Even if I try to take it with a flavored beverage, the taste of this overpowers the taste of any beverage I have tried.

La verdad tiene muy buen sabor y para mi si es bueno pero aun todavía mi hierro saturado esta bajo un poquito. Por esa razón compre esta pastilla para ver si va haciendo su función. Si he notado que a mi me pone ver mi periodo 2 veces al mes de tan fuerte que es. Si me gusta y tengo fe que pronto voy a estar mejor

Item arrived very quickly. I haven't been taking this long enough (about a week) to get real results, but it does feel like I have a lot more energy after starting them. As noted in prior posts, the bottle is glass, and mine made it through the shipping process intact.
