Our speciality coffee is stripped, naturally processed and dried via the sun and mechanical drying by various co-operatives, and then medium roasted. Single Origin means that you're guaranteed to be tasting only the delightful Brazilian Mogiana we've sourced from the small holder farmers in São Paulo/Minas Gerias, Brazil. Icatu, Mundo Novo, Obatu and Acatu varieties of coffee come together to give the coffee the perfect taste.
