I woke out almost every day, and have tried so many different bras. This one is by far the best. Keep in mind, I’m only 34B so I don’t have huge breasts in the way when I’m trying to run or do strength. But this thing is great. Super comfortable, holds my girls in place and the best part about this bra is that the padding STAYS IN PLACE WHEN YOU WASH IT!!!! I usually have to stick my fingers in the bra to move the padding around after I wash them but not with this thing!
