Very basic and somewhat hard to use. These are much smaller than I envisioned. It’s almost as much of a struggle to use this than simply using my own fingers to do the same job.UPDATE: I am updating this review for two reasons. First is because i feel my initial review was far more harsh then it should have been. The shoehorn is much smaller than i was expecting but it is very well built. The metal is very rigid and seems like it will last for many many years. i doubt anyone could actually brake it when used for its intended purpose. My disappointment in the size is my own fault. The company did accurately explain its dimensions so i cannot fault them for me not being able to imagine how useful i would find it. I still believe its too small for anyone with large feet and tight shoes but for a smaller person (under mens size 7-8 shoe) it would probably be perfect. I did like the hole in the top that allowed me to attach it to my keychain. My second reason for wanting to update my review was because of how amazing the customer service department was from Yoohey. They made several attempts to contact me directly to see how they could resolve my disappointment in their product. I initially didn't see them until weeks later and was very pleasantly shocked that a company would be chasing after me resolve an issue with a product. Ive never imagined it possible to happen this way. lol. I was extremely pleased with all of my interactions with them. While i don't see me buying this product ever again, they certainly left a very positive impression with me and i intend to actively seek them out next time i need something and see if they offer it.I highly recommend giving this company a chance.

Very easy to use and very strong. The hole makes it easy to attach to a key chain for convenience.

Shoe horn does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is small enough--and almost flat--so I can put it in a back pocket. You probably should check that the edges of the hole are smooth enough for you. If not, it is easy to smooth them down.

Bought these because I need shoehorns all the time. I have them tucked away in several places. They are Sturdy and handy- would buy again if needed.

I purchased these strictly for travel purposes. They are small, sturdy, and worked just fine when I tried them out. With Covid-19, I haven't used these as much as originally planned, but I'm confident they will serve the intended purpose once I'm traveling again.

Big help with swollen feet

It says it was delivered 4/3/20, i only received it today 4/7/20.
