Need to get from this to 3 screw terminals.** A: If it's stranded 14awg, I would solder a female 1/4" spade connector to the wire. The connector would then slide on to the male spade terminal. I would then tin the other stranded end in a loop so as to hook under the screw terminal clockwise & tighten. Keep them color coded & on the correct terminal. The connectors are already labeled on the back side. If these are for an appliance that generates nearby heat, use heat shielded (white braided) stranded wire. Make sure the circuit doesn't exceed 80% of its rating. 14awg is rated for 15 amps so 80% of 15 = 12 amps. Every week or so I distilled about 8 gallons of water so we have it on hand due to our location we have very hard water and to make the irons and our coffee maker last longer I just still the water. In my haste of running my distiller I either got some water back in where the plug was or I didn't plug it in correctly either way the plug and the wire short it out. I thought I would have to throw the whole thing away because the plug burnt out. I happen to get very lucky and found what I needed online and was able to order it and have it shipped quickly. With a couple of wires swapped over from the old to the new and some bolts tightened on the new power outlet I was able to swap it and get my distiller working with very minimal downtime. I can't say too much about the build quality or the quality of the plug but so far it's actually lasted longer than the original.
