The model comes in a black and compact little box with all the tools, pieces and screws to assemble. I didn't time it would take me so much time to assemble but sadly the manual is not very good. When assembling the tail I found out one step was missing from the manual and if you are going step by step, you may end up taking apart part of the tail by the time you realize. Additionally after completing the model, the screws do loosen up a little and you must tighten the screws several times and the model is somewhat expensive and I regretted getting after finding out other vendor has this for $20 less. Other than that, I had fun assembling it and it looks great on my desk.

Very challenging model. This is very well engineered but the instructions are a bit lacking in clarity. But if you read through them a couple of times before starting, it will help. The instructions have the claws assembled on top of the head of the scorpion. It is a very easy step to mount them under the head as my picture shows. I think this would be a bit challenging for younger people. It's also a bit challenging for people with larger hands. All in all, I found this scorpion to be a fun project that was challenging enough to be fun but not so challenging as to be frustrating.

Have to say this is a pretty cool puzzle sculpture. My suggestion is to make sure to have a multi piece precision screwdriver set / repair kit as they give you a cheap little Phillips and a small two size wrench. Be ready for a medium difficulty build and tenacity goes a long way. The pieces in my set were laid out well and pay attention to the instructions as one bad placement can mean having to go back a few steps. Also be sure to check the placement of the claws as the instructions tell you to attach them upside down (see last picture). I read another review and the guy pointed this out on his build. All in a great building gadget to tinker with.

What an awesome little puzzle!! Totally worth the price, Super high quality peaces, was an absolute blast to build and was a great way to burn some hours. I feel like a Lego that was this entertaining would have probably cost at least three times more. This will make such an awesome gift to anyone who like building models and it looks super cool and super detailed. It’s not overly complex, but definitely takes a bit of thought. Wish I knew about these types of models when I was a kid! :)

This thing is amazing. Instructions are a little hard, but if you have some foreign puzzles before you can understand them. Took me just under 2 hours. I plan to super glue all the nuts, as some of them come loose easily. Other than that small issue it's awesome.Packaged well. All parts labeled good also.

This was so fun! Very tiny and fiddly, but perfectly cut. Note the instructions say use two washers on the legs, they mean two washers on each side, otherwise it’s too loose to stand. Took about 40 minutes because I had to redo the joins a few times..

Definitely one of the best models I've assembled and looks amazing! There was some issue with the #70 piece (stinger), but their customer service resolved it quickly with no issues. I'd definitely buy from them again if I find more models that look interesting.
