I've been using these pens for years, and when I saw that I could purchase the entire pack that includes all 12 colors on desertcart, I jumped on it. These pens are really hard to find in all colors. The precise needlepoint makes it easy to write on thin lines and small spaces. They include a comfortable grip that as long enough for most hand sizes to hold the pen comfortably. They are clicker pens, so you don't have to worry about losing the cap like the cap version of this pen. I saw a couple of reviews of people complaining that they're dark green pen did not work. I tested all of my pens, as you can see in the picture my dark green pen works fine. All the colors work perfectly. I did find though that the aqua color seem to make a little bit thicker lines than the rest of them. I know that pilot has a lot of gel pens in their lineup, and I have come across some people thinking that the Pilot Precise V5 RT pens are gel pens, but they are not. Personally, when I write with this pen I feel like it's the closest thing you can get to a fountain pen, but in a needlepoint. It's more of a free-flowing style of ink, but it doesn't bleed, it's not messy, and it creates these really nice thin lines. The grip is sturdy without being bulky and the click top has never gotten stuck or stopped working. Ink life is great and they always withstand being left “open” for hours. I received mine today from my wishlist and the dark green never wrote.** A: Second question asked on the green pen not writing ... it sounds like their green pens have a problem .... **Q: What does the yellow and green look like ? Does the yellow show up on paper ?** A: Yellow is rather hard to see on white paper. Even worse on colored paper. But orange shows up well as do all other colors. **Q: Are refills for the colored pens available for purchase? I can only find the blue, black and red refills on Amazon and office supply stores.** A: I have never bought refills for them, so I don’t know. **Q: How much pressure can it withstand and will it splinter during its breaking point?** A: The only time this has gotten damaged when I've been using them is when I've dropped them on the floor tip first. My favorite pens are the Pilot G2, but these are my favorite for very fine, thin writing. These work great for taking notes in the margins of your Bible without taking up too much space, or the tiny letters bleeding together. They're easy to use.
