I have been using this for almost a year now and first off the headphones does a good job to fool you that it has good sound quality by covering it up with a lot of bass. In reality it sounds muffles and does have a dynamic range to the sound like you would get on a 250 rupees Nokia headset of old. I also use a pair of Readmi True Wireless Earbuds and I have to say that sounds much much better.One more thing - This headset is connected to my PC's USB 3.1 port and at times, while gaming, the enemy sounds in e-sports games gets misdirected from left to right and vice versa.Most importantly - There's nothing 7.1 about this headset. It's just STEREO.Have a great day :)

Headphones are build well, sound is also ok for the the price but the mic is built very close to the headphone speakers so the sound leaks out

The H550W- Model have two 3.5mm jack and 1 usb for led power source(one 3.5mm green jack for input and one 3.5mm red jack for mic) note:-Green jack can be used in mobile which will act as audio input as well as mic.Mic feedback:- The mic input is low. Your teammates will complain about it :/

Just stopped working after 2 weeks. Mics also not working. Only led is glowing. What the hell should i do with led in a headphone if no sound comes from it. There is plenty of space between ears and earcuffs and other people hear there own voice through our mic.
