But not battery powered ### ⭐ Dissapointed *by A***Z on 5 March 2026* Very disappointing experience with both the product and the return process. The pen tablet started malfunctioning within one day of use. While working on my design projects, the device would suddenly turn off and show a blank screen even though it was powered on, which completely interrupts work. As a design student, I rely on this device for assignments, so this defect made it unusable almost immediately. The return experience has been even more frustrating. The first pickup was scheduled but no one came. After rescheduling, the pickup team finally arrived, but they insisted on testing the tablet before accepting the return. Since we live in a college campus, delivery personnel are not allowed inside hostels, so we had to meet them at a designated delivery point inside the campus, which is quite far from the hostels. Because the product is a pen tablet, testing requires a laptop and power connection, which we obviously didn’t have at that location. We explained the situation to the pickup team and went back to the hostel to bring the laptop and cables needed for testing. However, by the time we returned, the pickup team had already left, even though we had clearly informed them that we were arranging the setup. The product costs ₹16,000, which is a significant amount for students. We had already provided video proof of the defect to Amazon customer support before the pickup, yet the return still failed due to these unnecessary complications. Now the return has been rescheduled again, and customer support says it may take up to 5 days just to check with the delivery team, and they cannot even contact the pickup staff directly. Overall this has been a very frustrating experience with both the defective product and the return system.
