I really like it! I usually use the wrap around neoprene sweat bands, but got tired of it being so lumpy and never fit right or made me sweat that much. This one is awesome! It’s comfortable to wear for an extended period of time, it’s thin like a shirt so it hides well under clothes, and it Really makes you sweat! I felt myself get warm the minute I put it on! Only con for me is that it’s very tight when putting it on and taking off! I busted a seem a little but didn’t ruin it. I maybe would have like the zip up kind more for this reason. Also I have a short torso, so it’s pretty long on me but I just fold it

I love how sweaty I get from this!!! I always have trouble with things like this staying in place and this does! I tuck it into my underwear and leggings for that extra security to stay in place.Super easy to clean even at the gym. Give us a rinse w soap and roll in a towel to dry and your good to go!I can’t work out without it anymore!

I wear it when I go out to running,sweat sweat and more sweat,best thing is my clothes fit well when I wear it under my shirt ,and the material is very soft for that reason it is comfortable when you use , it’s comfortable enough wear all day ,I love it

Um I went with the measurements and I couldn’t even get it over my head. It’s impossible to even put two arms in. I finally managed to get it on and it fit perfectly except underneath the armpit. It gives no room for that area and now I have broken blood vessel’s all around. I will be returning it and just getting one that goes around my stomach.I am a size 4 in pants and I got a medium

I purchased the Sauna Sweat Vest Hot Polymer Waist Trainer Sauna Suit Slimming Workout Body Shaper and based on the reviews I selected my size I’m 5’3 and 170lbs so I ordered a M thinking it would be ok if it fit little tight but after wearing it I noticed it was loose .... so I’m going to have to purchase another one but in a S. Other then that quality is great and it’s very comfortable.

Love the length. Ordered a medium and I wish it was just a bit more snug.Ordered second one in small fit is more snug but the length too short.Always pulling it down.

I love this vest. I wish I had purchased before. I start to sweat as soon as I put it on. It's super comfortable and I'm able to wear it under my cloths. It doesn't roll up. I got a M and I weight 185lbs
