Love the loop bands. Love the price. Easy to use. The ebook guide instructs you on many different ways to use the bands. I received my order the next day. Very compact so I can fit in my suitcase when traveling.

They work pretty good I really like that there are 4 different bands, only thing I don't like about them is they tend to roll on certain exercises I do and they slip off guess not much can be done about that though! Overall satisfied with them

Best price I've found by far. I love that the band's have the actual weight printed right on them, my old ones I had to kind of guesstimate. I wish they were a little bigger though, I use them mainly for my butt and thighs, so these are smaller than the ones in used to, I was afraid I was going to break them but they stretch great and seem to be holding up well so far!

Finally got around to using these and so disappointed. They are just giant rubber bands and hard to pull which some may like, but they're made cheaply. I used the lightest weight one with a few leg workouts and it broke after 3 uses....not happy. I won't even try the others. Looks like the rest will be going in the garbage

I was disappointed to have to return these. The bands do not stay flat: they curve like a cord and then hurt so bad i couldn't move. The diameter is so small i couldn't get them to stretch around both knees, let alone try to do leg lifts with them. They do look like what the seller represents but the product was not functional and not what i was looking for. The short ebook is more like a handout and comes as a pdf: i couldn't get it to email to my Kindle Paperwhite. Seems to me if you have a homemade book with a product pitch it ought to be available on the Kindle app.

So far so good, I've only used them twice. They seem to work fine.

Love the product! So many different exercises to do that you can't use a dumbell for. I get bored using dumbells all the time, I work out at home and you can only do so much. These bands let me switch up my exercises and I love it!!!

Just started to use our resistance bands yesterday and I got a great workout for muscles I dont have big machines to work them out. The free workout "book" is emailed, which makes it A little difficult to workout and search through your phone for the next workout. Some pictures showing how the workout should look would be helpful but I guess the more I do the workouts, I'll get the hang of them and proper position. Looking forward to my workout today.
