Flying GooseYellow Sriracha Sauce 455mL

I might be being a bit unfair on the ratings as I’m guessing it’s all subjective. This is perfect for somebody who likes the Sirachia chilli sauce but not the heat… It’s not for me but might be perfect for others

Ok so it was a totally different colour to the picture, not yellow, more a dirty orange. I read previously that yellow sriracha is sweeter and more citrusy than it’s red counterpart.. this was not the case at all. The flavour is a sour heat, much hotter than the red sauce with very little depth, 99% heat and not much else. I’ll use it when I need to add some heat to a dish but that’s all, total rip off.
