At first, the bowls seemed smaller but they are deeper so I believe it is equal. The pattern is a pretty blue and I would describe it as “traditional”. I look forward to using this set for many years to come.

A: Lead?  Blue brushstrokes yes, I’m not sure what you’re asking. I have no clue on the lead but there’s different color brushstrokes

**Q: If I want more plates but less salad bowls?**
A: I’m sorry but the set is already configured in its box

**Q: Matching cups ?**
A: No matching Corel cups. But the set is beautiful without cups.

**Q: How big are the luncheon plates? Are they the lunch plates not saucers?**
A: Salad plate 8.5” dinner plate 10.5”
