Horrible product, demand refund
Horrible product. Was supposed to come new, and it's totally messed up. The prongs are all broken and won't charge, and 'Acer NoteBook5 Live' is crudely scratched into the side like some prison graffiti. The worst part is that this is the SECOND ONE I BOUGHT after the first one broke after a just couple months of use. This is pathetic and unacceptable and I can't believe this was listed as 'prime'

Loose wiring and looks different
Sadly the 2 I had to purchase over the course of a few years at some point has issues with either the charging wire or the outlet plug becoming loose and pulling apart from the outer insulation, exposing the 3 inner wires and also having the copper being exposed as well. Its a safety hazard. Also, The wires and charger it self is considerably different than what the pictures show on the listing
