There is one enormous caveat – I’d advise that your head/earphones are the standard stereo ones – if it has additional circuitry for a Mic (so 3 rather than 2 rings at the end) you’ll not have the Mic nor the ability to change tracks. Designed for ‘Apple’ earbud devices being more problematic than those designed for android phones & laptops headset sockets to get to work with a clear stereo sound.
