There are a few key differences I'd like to make a point of: These patches do have a weird smell about them but I think it's the tea tree oil. They do actually do their job but I have noticed I have to leave them on closer to 8-12 hours versus 6-8 hours with my other big name patches I was using. It depends on the blemish with these ones. It doesn't matter which blemish I used with my more expensive ones on. Lastly, the adhesiveness has a lot of room for improvement. I'd say 10-20% of them don't stick all that great along the edges, and I've lost roughly a quarter of them during the night... something that never happens with the more expensive brand.
