The fit is good for the most part but is a little snug at the shoulders but fits well around the waist without it needing to be taken in. The length for me is a bit shorter than expected. I'm 6' 2" tall and on my other blazers and sport coats, I can extend my arms down my sides and curl my fingers and the bottom of my other jackets touch the inside part of my curled fingers. On this one, it's about an inch and a half to two inches short, like a 52short. But for a travel jacket, that I won't mind abusing, this will work fine. Another reviewer mentioned his side pockets were fake. I think he simply did not realize they are tacked and that little stitching/thread is meant to be "ripped" to open up the pockets. Same with the vents at the back.
