This posture corrector and back brace was as described, but was not comfortable to wear and I found it difficult to tighten straps when wearing it. So had to return the item.

It can be a struggle to put on by yourself. Once on it does help correct posture. My criticism is with the velcro tabs. After a couple of months they start to weaken. If worn over your clothes then they just break open, when under the clothes then they slip. Could have been a quality product without this problem.

Was bit tight

It’s ok for temporary relief of upper back or shoulder pain from a slouched/hunched posture. It DOES provide SOME immediate relief but cannot be worn for extended periods (e.g more than an hour at a time) as it becomes very uncomfortable under the arms.Be aware that the velcro cushiony cover bits are also tricky to position once the brace is on!3 stars because there’s no structure on the back piece - too flimsy to give effective support - like I said, temporary relief. It’s also difficult to take off if it’s on tight. Overall good value for the price I guess... Hope this helps.

This definitely helps with back pain and keeping me focused on my posture whilst writing, reading, or doing general work.It's very easy to put on and adjust to your size via the adjustable straps. The material is soft, comfortable and breathable.I was hoping it would physically keep me more upright but in hindsight it probably works better as a general reminder to be aware of my posture as I find I would probably unhealthily rely on it if it was more structured.I would definitely recommend this product and my mum also uses it from time to time and would say the same.
