For people saying the charge is slow yes the usb to type c is slow, even if you have a fast charging cable of that type.It you use a type c to type c you get fast charging. I tested this with my phone usb to c was a 1% to 1% charge Took about and half hour to go from 85% to 100% full charge for phone without fast charging.Switch to a c to c cable and 1% of power bank charged my phone from 78% to 100% in about 10 mins.This was tested using a andriod phone. Will be testing again with a friends iphone. Review will be updated then.Light on charger only flashes when it is charging. Not when your device are pulg in to it and they are charging. It solid liight number then.I dont find the size or whight a issue. Just get a longer carge cable and put power bank in your pocket if you out and about. I got a 4 foot cable and works great.UPDATE: been using this alot and it works great. Tested my friends old iphone(7 yrs old) with it and it work about the same as it did with android. Maybe a little slower becuase their phone is old.

Best battery. It was fully charged, after sitting on a shelf for 10 months. We lost power, got it out, it charged my husbands phone fully, and still had 51% charge left. We lose power through storms a lot, bought a second one.

The first time I got this unit the charge didn't last much longer than my other battery which was half its capacity. Furthermore, after only a few months of use, the unit almost combusted in my hand when plugged into a charger. Turns out I had a defective product the whole time and just didn't know it. Although Amazon's return policy had already expired, after I got in contact with the kind folks over at IXNine they agreed to ship me a new unit free of charge. Since receiving the unit, the battery life now lasts MUCH longer and charging/discharging works as intended. If you notice anything strange with your unit don't hesitate to talk to the seller, it is possible you just got a dud unit.TLDR- 5/5 For customer service- 4/5 For device durability- 5/5 For decide capacity

A real steal at sixty percent off. I have 4 of them and they help me augment my permanent camp traveler lifestyle.I think these are the biggest power size in the cheapest package I could ever find.The upside, Is that they bank a lot. I glued magnets to one of mine and I hide it.The downside is the ports. There's not really an efficient charge and discharge method. You will want to charge this and then disconnected to discharge it. You can leave it connected but I have struggled to make it work. Sometimes it works spontaneously. I'm not really sure what the button does.glue one on your dash so it looks like a radar scanner.If they gave it two lightning u s b c ports And the ability to charge and discharge at the same time... Like if I leave it plugged in to my car, It should be able to put power back in my main battery. Then it would be a five star product.It's hard to give it four stars because of the price. But it really deserves it for the weird can I charge or discharge situation. If it could receive and give charge at the same time, then it would be a perfect unit. If it was smarter at being in a power grid, then it would be a perfect unit.It's a good high performance high capacity battery. It's a little outdated on the technology but at sixteen dollars it's amazing.

Fast charge! A bit heavy but easy to carry but not bad

this power bank powers my dance lights in my car & charge my 120V battery that i use for a heating pad i need for my spine. i even jumped a car using this power bank as a back-up charger

I bought this to replace a power bank I lost somewhere. It is a good amount of power for the price (26,800mAh), and works well. The readout shows power available by percentage, so you will know how much is left. However, there are a few caveats:1. It is big and heavy relative to other power banks. It is about the size of two iPhone Pros stacked on top of each other (measured at about 6" x 3" x 1", and over 3/4 lb). Not the best for your carry on, but again, plenty of juice.2. Come only with a very short (about 1 foot) USB C connector; OK for using it to charge something, not so OK for charging it. You will need to use one of your existing Lightning cables to charge most Apple products.3. Admittedly, this is a pet peeve, but: why do so many imported (China, of course) products provide documentation in micro-print? The fonts are so small, you may need a magnifier to read them. Actually I know why (used to work for an international manufacturer): to reduce the amount of paper used in manuals, warranty info etc. But it has reached a point where the print is so small, they might as well just put a note on the box to go online for any actual product info and leave the paper out altogether.4. Directions say: "use PD/QC adapter for faster charging." Had to Google this to find out what it is. This type of adapter is not provided in the box (nor is any other). Likewise, the splitter cable needed to use one of these quick charge adapters is shown in the manual but not included.5. The input and output jack labels are hard to read: they are molded into the black plastic end of the unit and are small and difficult to decipher. The unit has three USB A output jacks and a combo USB C in/out jack.These may or may not be significant to other users, so please use your discretion with this. Again: it is a lot of juice for the price, it can power up multiple things at the same time with its four outputs, and the readout is handy for knowing when its fully charged and when it isn't. But for me the size and weight of this unit makes it less than ideal so three stars (if we could give it up to 10, then it would be a 7.)
