How To Use:* PREPARATION: * Apply to damp hair. * If BLONDME Blonde Toning is used after bleaching or highlift coloration, end the oxidation process first with BLONDME Bonding . * MIXING: * BLONDME Blonde - Toning and BLONDME Premium Developer 2 % (7 Vol.) in equal parts: 1:1. * Mix thoroughly until a geneous mixture is achieved.
