I bought my guy a knife to replace the others that no matter how many times they were sharpened always needed to be sharpened before the next use. We found this one for a reasonable price and figured we'd give it shotBoy howdy is he impressed. It has excellent balance and comfortable feel. It's very sharp out of the box and has retained its sharpness. Thinly slicing tomatoes is a breeze. An overall joy to use.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this knife because I was so tired of trying to do food content and my meat would shred apart instead of slicing due to my knife. This knife understood the assignment and it was so very inexpensive!!!! I love it Great grip, super sharp, smooth cut, it looks so expensive, it is rust resistant so that’s a plus

Super sharp,light but well balanced,good value

I've been a chef for a few years and this knife has been unwavering. It holds up under both high-frequency performance and doesn't readily dull after periods of disuse. It sharpens easily and is far and away my favorite knife. It's a good size for my relatively small hands. The handle is wonderful for long-term prepping. The knife is obviously beautiful as well.If I hade two caveats, it would be that this knife rusts and chips. Not a great deal and not quickly but after three years I have observed rust developing on the blade and handle. And the blade is prone to minor chips over time. Nothing that prevents me from using the knife but still somewhat disappointing. Good value for the price, though.

Great knife. Sharp. Works every time. I'm so happy to have a knife that I can put in dishwasher. I know some people don't believe in putting theirs in, but I do, because I hate washing anything by hand and don't have time for that.
