Have a plan to be able to tap the "nuts" in with a plastic hammer or a block of wood between the "nut" and a regular hammer. The friction fit takes a bit to get it to start to seat, at which point you can double check to make sure the position/clocking is correct for the hinges you're using, and then you can drive them home. They are VERY secure once installed.
