I love that they do not add anything to the product besides eggs. I only wish that either the price was more affordable, or there were more product in each bag. The bag says that it makes 5 servings, but they are calling 1 egg a serving (2 TBSP). So this bag makes only 5 eggs, for about $10. That's $2 an egg. Most people eat more than 1 egg at a time. So this is a really great product, but it just is too expensive for me to use on a normal basis. I do, however, love to use it for camping or in our emergency Go Bags.
