Delicious!!!!
This Real Thai Yellow Curry Paste made a delicious dish. It was very easy to prepare. All it need was chopped vegetable (I chose to add beans, carrots, peas and potatoes) and some creamy coconut milk. It can be had with just plain white rice and does not any other accompaniments. It makes for a wholesome and hearty single meal dish.
