Look at the sold from ships from area. I think they shipped from Amazon. **Q: how can these be disinfected?** A: I surface wash mine with warm, soapy water and let them air dry. They are for personal use only, so I do not feel the need to disinfect them further. You could probably use a disinfectant spray after you clean them. I would not recommend submerging (soaking) them; this could cause the buffing surfaces to peel off, the foam to break down, and possibly cause mold/mildew if not dried thoroughly. **Q: What is the size of these files?** A: They are pretty small.
