Pros: Soft, flexible, sides can easily be cut with scissors.Cons: None.I would not recommend them for boxing but I wear them during my Krav Maga classes. I do not like wearing mouthpieces but I can tolerate this one. It's not as bulky as some.

BE CAREFUL! These are very heat sensitive! We followed the directions and the guard did not get soft enough, so we microwaved the water for another 30 seconds and right after that the guard was basically goo. I think these would be fine, but after two tries we could not get the temp right and ruined them both. Sad son, unhappy father. Hope you have better luck than we did!

The instructions were way off. I boiled water, let it sit for a 10 minutes and then dumped the guard into it and it completely melted within 20 seconds. So I put the next one in hot water from the sink and it kinda worked. Not that great quality. Would love a replacement.

Could not get them to work. Ruined 2 of them right off the bat. You either can't get them pliable enough, or too pliable where they get too gummy and are ruined. Purchased these for my twin 12 year olds for basketball. I used plenty of mouth guards playing football in my youth, so I've done this many a time. Just couldn't find the "sweet" spot to properly form these mouth guards.

I brought these for my boxing practice and they work just fine! The instruction are easy to follow, for a custom fit. There's nothing to it, you basically, put them in a microwavable cup with water and heat it for two minutes then, put them in your mouth for a perfect fit! But I actually, had to reheat mine two times, probably because my microwave didn't heat up to hot. But, other than that, I would recommend these, 5 STARS!!

My husband loves these. Better than the cheap ones you can buy from Walmart and the expensive kind in academy. Super light weight and he can actually talk with it in. Just have to follow directions for boiling correctly to get it to form to your mouth.

Ok for sports ,but you gotta get used to them .
