Review: Smooth glide with comfortable padding—simple and effective - These sliders do exactly what they’re supposed to do. They slide smoothly on carpet with very little resistance, making them great for core workouts, mobility drills, and general conditioning. The convex plastic bottom is designed specifically for carpet surfaces, so movement feels consistent and controlled. The padded top is a standout feature—it’s comfortable on hands, knees, or feet and helps keep the slider in place during use. It molds slightly to your body, which makes exercises feel more stable and less harsh on pressure points. They’re also a good size, giving you enough surface area for different exercises without feeling too small or unstable. Pros: -Smooth glide on carpet -Comfortable padded top -Good size for hands and feet -Simple and effective design Cons: -Not ideal for hard floors -Basic design (no extras or adjustability) Overall: A straightforward and effective set of sliders. If you need something smooth, padded, and reliable for carpet workouts, these get the job done well.
Review: These are dangerously good. - These are dangerous!!! 😝 I say that with a smiley because these do exactly what they were designed to do. I nearly did a full-split before I caught myself on a nearby door jamb! I wanted a way to do extreme leg stretching and core exercises and these not only work but work well. I strongly suggest that before first use and until you get used to them you keep a grab bar, chair or even a door jamb handy. They are very comfortable and I will disclose that they make a slight "popping noise" when you step on them. When this happened the first time I put my foot on one I thought I had cracked it. This is not the case, it just makes the noise because the bottom (hard) pad is concave to allow better sliding and when you step on it it pops flat with a noise. No worse than the clang of a barbell or the clunk of a kettle bell. Yeah, I know, a kettle bell should clang 😄 Unless you are doing meditative yoga poses with these I doubt you will find the popping distractive. These are made for use on carpet. They work great on our oriental rugs at the house, any tight weave or pad type carpet will work fine. They may work on other surfaces, but I would be concerned about scratching. A blanket on a hard floor would probably work as well as carpet. Again, comfortable and functional, a good value for the price. If you are trying certain core exercises or leg stretches without these I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the extent they bring to your movement.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you use these on hardwood floors? Or are these designed for carpet?**
A: They work on hardwood floors. Haven't tried them on carpet but I'd assume they would work

**Q: will they work on a rubberized gym floor?**
A: Yes they do Donna, but they really need to be broken in!! My studio has that type of floor as well

**Q: Are there straps to attach to the foot?**
A: no, there are no straps. You don't really need them as the weight of your foot/body holds you on while you glide...at least it works for me on the carpet in my house. Good luck!

**Q: What age can use this?**
A: Sliders can be used for various strength and flexibility drills so they are perfect for athletes of any age.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very helpful tool for physical therapy
*by D***S on July 16, 2026*

I did really enjoy this item. I am doing pre-physical therapy for knee surgery. I do my exercises on carpet and this item helps my heel slide across the carpet beautifully. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for something like this.
