Simple and effective tool
Background:- I have a lot of shoulder pain and recently have been experiencing forearm/elbow pain from very tight forearms. I get all this stuff from having to be on a computer 24/7.Pros:- really simple, straightforward tool. comes with instructions on the particular stretch you are supposed to do with this tool.- the stretch actually works for my forearms! I don't know if its solely due to this item, but I have noticed that since I've used it, it has significantly reduced the tightness in my forearms.- it's really cheap, so even if it isn't a magical cure, if you are hoping for something to fix your pain you might as well try this. it definitely is good to stretch out your wrists/forearms, shoulders using this tool so there's no harm in just having it lie on your desk and using it whenever you think of it.- I noticed that you can use the foam part as a makeshift mini roller. It works very well for my forearms and palms. Basically I'll just put the wand on the table and put my palm/forearm on it and roll it back and forth.

great for RSI issues.. either existing or to prevent them from forming
This is a good product to use to improve wrist and forearm flexibility and help prevent or work on a repetitive strain injury. The thing is you have to stick to it and do it regularly... something I am not the greatest at. But when I do remember to use it, I feel it working and it is very helpful.

This will cure tennis elbow
I first found this about 20 years ago, it cured my tennis elbow. I use it regularly and the tennis elbow never came back. Using this as instructed provides a very powerful stretch of wrists, arms, elbows and shoulders. This is without a doubt the best $5 I ever spent. I have recommended this to many people and it works for them every time!

A Stick With Padded Ends. Buy a Dowel at Home Depot Instead
I received my Wrist Wand today and found that I am the victim of a hoax. The Wrist Wand is nothing more than 10" of PVC pipe with plastic ends and padding. There is no magic in this product that comes with simple stretching exercises that are just common sense. The United States Govenment has been duped also and has awarded a patent to the miracle snake oil stick with padded ends.I am sure that millions went into the research and development of the earth shattering, life changing, product. I fail to see the results of this research and development.Rather than return the Wrist Wand I will keep it as a monument to my stupidity. I was hoping that the Wrist Wand was manufactured in America so that my insanity had at least given a poor American a job but alas PVC and labor is cheaper in Taiwan.
