Best seafood seasoning
Been using Chef Paul Seafood Magic for 30 years. Great flavor, lower in salt than other brands so getting more seasoning for your buck. Also recommend Chef Paul Meat Magic.

This is a Great Seasoning
This seasoning is great on any seafood but is also good as a sauce for pasta. The main reason I got this is because a 2 oz container is 3.99 in stores around me so one canister and this is paid for. Great deal

The best!
I love Chef Paul's Seafood Magic Seasoning! Though I don't eat seafood, I prefer this seasoning over their Poultry Magic blend. It is really good on other foods. I use it on ground meats (turkey, chicken and beef) to make seriously delicious burgers! I also use this to season chicken (whether baking, grilling, deep frying or pan-frying). And I love this seasoning on French fries (frozen and homemade). It is amazing! My local supermarket stopped selling the small containers...I saw it available on Amazon in large canisters and I was in heaven! As of November 2011 (when I ordered), the large canisters didn't have the top "shaker holes" like some, so I kept a small container to scoop this seasoning into. Just pop the "shaker holes" cap off, fill up the container using a teaspoon and replace cap. It's simple.I recommend that you buy Chef Paul's Seafood Magic. You will not regret it!Lastly, I suggest using 4 staple seasonings that I alternate depending on my mood: McCormick Old Bay Seasoning, Chef Paul's Seafood Magic Seasoning, Chef Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning (not if you're Gluten Free) and any brand of Italian Seasoning (I use McCormick or Spice Islands). You will never go wrong if you use one of those seasonings or even combine a few.

Terrific on Fish
The seasoning for fish is my favorite. Best I think on white fish, cod, haddock, etc. Strong enough to provide taste and mild enough not to overpower the fish itself. The cans are great when you have the original bottle. Then you can refill the bottle as needed and not have to buy it again. The cans are large, large enough to last the rest of my life.

Seafoods Best Friend
As stated previously regarding Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends, they have been a basic staple in my spice cabinet for as long as I've had one. And, if there is one that I had to say was my (absolute favorite) of them all, Seafood Magic would have to be my go-to choice. Seafood Magic was the very first of the vast family of spice blends that Chef Paul has meticulously formulated, that I chose to try back in the early '80's and last night I just opened my brand new 24oz. container with an airtight resealable plastic lid, and refilled my smaller (previously purchased) 2oz glass jar for everyday usage in the kitchen. Now the 24oz. container can be neatly tucked away in a cool and dry location until it's time to refill the smaller 2oz jar. These blends are extremely shelf stable, and this larger size is the only one for someone who enjoys the flavor they bring to the party, as much as I do. I highly recommend this product and the larger (much) more economical container. I love this product, I hope you do as well...

Yum!
I put myself through college working at a top notch Cajun restaurant just south of Pittsburgh...go figure. Our chef was amazingly talented. He had interned with Chef Paul for several weeks before opening this house. One of my favorite dishes was a seafood mixture of shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams in a cream sauce. I recreated this dish to the amazed of my guest. I’ve used this in low country boils, fish frys (add it to the flour or bread crumbs) or grilled fish. The value was amazing...2cannisters. I gave some away to folks and tell them to get busy creating. Buy it!!!

Best seafood spice ever
I have told numerous people about the spice. I gave it to my daughter. and recommended it to my sister who put it on facebook with a picture of the shrimp. I will never appreciate shrimp again without Chef Paul's seaafood spice.

Awesome seasoning
This is a great deal in this size. Much better than the small jars in the grocery store. I use this on all fish and shrimp dishes. The flavors don't overpower the taste of the fish, so it still allows you to taste the difference in the types of fish.
