I am 5'10" and 230lbs, above average muscular build but by no means the epitome of fitness, but have purchased many XL stringer tank tops from Amazon and they all have hit me really. The one pictured in the listing is the same picture of many of these hooded stringer shirts I have previously purchased, although identified as a different brand, the only difference others had graphics on the shirt. I thought this was same shirt, just no graphics... I was wrong. The tank top is much different than the others and actually the quality of the shirt may be better, but for an XL it was very short in just making below my pant's waistband and very tight. I thought this may have been a medium, but I bought two and they both show XL. The cut across the chest was strange as well as it did not cover my chest like it does in the picture and I initially thought I had put it on backwards. I am bummed as I really wanted these tanks for the gym as they didn't have any graphics, but they are being returned. Maybe a bad batch, who knows, but I can't imagine anyone liking the fit and cut of the ones I received.

I gave this 3 stars for the poor fit alone.HOWEVER - this is extremely comfortable, very breathable, and does not stick to me with sweat.I do recommend this for THIN people. This is something I will definitely continue wearing when working out at home (full gym) but would never wear this in public.

The cloth was quite soft, so initially I thought I'd found a good buy. However, the cut is very awkward, almost asymmetrical. The hood is too small and pulls the whole shirt up if you attempt to wear it. It also shrank a size or two in the wash.Complete waste of money.
