I used this fuel treatment from a friend who gave me a bottle to try. He said it works in his Cadillac Eldorado and uses it with unleaded fuel. I tried it in my Lexus GS300 with medium grade  gas. It worked no pinging. Previously I had tried with a premium gas shortage in my area with a quarter tank premium and half tank migrated and you could tell engine did not like it. I would highly recommend I noticed more miles with same trip.
