They can't get the order shipment right. Only received the toss machine. I called in to let them know they had a problem based on my experience as well as the previous customer review. I got it for my seven year old who moved to coach pitch from t-ball this spring. We had great success with this machine! He is better able to time his swings, and getting more batting practice in which is always good! I love the fact that it has a rechargeable battery when we are at the field I can break it out and not have to worry about an electrical outlet.
