I love this diaper! ❤️
Unlike some diapers, these are plastic backed so they make a lot of sound. I'm comfortable with wearing diapers but if you prefer to be discreet ... these will be too loud. They have a genuine diaper feeling and crinkle that people will know your wearing a diaper. I'm able to fill them a few times before needing to change, but otherwise they've been a perfect everyday diaper! 💯

Comfortable night time briefs
This was my 2nd order for the ATN briefs. I love them. They last me thru out the night. I'm even starting to now use them during the day. While I used medium Tranquility briefs during the day and they fit me fine, I found that with the ATN I need large.

A good diaper for the price
Right off the bat, allow me to stipulate that I'm a heavy wetter and flooder (and a side sleeper to boot--the bane of even the most feature-laden premium diapers) and the Tranquility ATN does not get me "all through the night" as advertised by the manufacturer. In all fairness, however, there aren't many diapers that can, regardless their top-shelf features or associated price tag, so I don't fault the product in this regard, especially considering the cost per unit.Regarding the ATN, absolute absorbency isn't the issue but rather what's doing the absorbing; i.e. the ATN relies more on SAP than fluff. On the one hand, less fluff makes for a more svelte diaper, but the downside is that SAP can be slower to absorb liquid, especially large volumes introduced quickly, and then each SAP crystal is pretty selfish about passing that liquid elsewhere once it does. Ergo, the areas of the diaper which are directly exposed to liquid end up completely saturated and prone to leaking in short order, while those that don't remain bone-dry. It might not be an issue for more dynamic sleepers (i.e., those who toss and turn a lot at night, and as such aren't exposing the same area of the diaper to constant assault) or those who spend most of the night on their back and can thus take advantage of both anatomy and gravity to better use the padding in the rear of the diaper but for me, at least. I find diapers with s greater fluff-to-SAP ratio serve me better overnight. As such, the ATN works better as a daytime diaper than an overnight/extended wear one. In my experience I've found I can rely on one to handle two good wettings, which easily buys me up to six hours, depending on my coffee intake on any given morning. The fit is trim, the plastic shell is nearly silent, the tapes hold well enough to last that long (any longer, however, is pushing it: I tried ATNs overnight for a week to see if they'd work for me, and found on 5 of 7 mornings when I awoke at least one tape had come loose sometime during the night. Surely this contributed to my leakage issues, but it's not something I feel one should ever need concern themself with on an ostensibly overnight diaper; if anything, it ought to take some effort getting the things unstuck in the morning. That said, I haven't experienced the same issue wearing them during the day), the inside never feels swampy unless you push the diaper to its capacity, and they do a good job neutralizing odor.In summary, in light of how I've used them and also considering the unit cost, weighed against the inferior tapes and questionable fluff-to-SAP ratio for this category of diaper, I rate the Tranquility ATN four stars as a good daytime option, and definitely recommend in that application, but inadequate at a legitimate overnight option. though,

More of a "diaper" than a "brief"
My frustration with ordering these types of products online is the lack of clear guidance when it comes to critical things such as choosing the right size and how to assemble it. This product is described as a "brief", but it is in fact more of a "diaper." The cut is very odd in that the size at the waist is equal to the size at the thigh, both places where the adhesive strips are located (on each side) to secure it in place. If your waist is smaller than your thigh measurement (which strikes me as being a reasonable possibility), then it seems you will need to pick the size that matches the thigh, making it harder to get a tight fit at the waist. Also, there are no clear instructions on how to assemble one of these "briefs." I was completely frustrated trying to put them on by myself, regardless of the waist/thigh size problem. Trying to hold it in place with one hand, while attempting to fasten the adhesive strips on each side with the other proved an impossible task. I can see this working with two people, where the person who will be wearing the product is lying down while the other person assembles it (just as a parent puts a diaper on a baby). I read so many of the reviews and question/answers for this product before purchasing it. They were all so favorable and I imagine the product is good, if you can overcome the challenges I've mentioned. It's just too bad I never came across any comments that spoke to what would become significant hurdles that ultimately prevented me from being able to use this product.
