**Q: Why is the only measure of how much this holds in milliliters instead of good old American ounces?**
A: It is a scientific mug so of course it will be in ML. If you use your good ole brain and figure there is aprox 30ml in 1 fluid US OZ.  The top line shows 400ml so it would be 13.33oz.

**Q: where is made from**
A: The mug is made in China. @JavaFennell, it's unfortunate that you didn't get the service you deserved. I can assure you that the mugs at Benz Microscope  have the caffeine symbol screened on one side, and that customer satisfaction is our top priority.

**Q: Is this dishwasher safe?**
A: It is a glass mug.  I don't think it specifically says "dishwasher safe".  My husband has it on his desk at work, so we've never tried it in the dishwasher.  He loves it and it is a great conversation piece!

**Q: Is it possible to add customized symbols/words on the mug?**
A: Yes. You can definitely have it engraved!
