Every time I have a knot or a trigger point that I can feel during the day I get up and I immediately grab my buddy and I put it to where the point is on my back and I apply the pressure that I need and within maybe 30 seconds to a minute of applying the pressure and moving it around the pain is absolutely gone. I have so far saved probably over $140 by going to a massage therapist for 30 minutes sessions just to rub out the same pains. I'm not saying this is going to take place of a full massage but as many times as I was going this thing sure stays me some money and time I can take care of it not within a few seconds and go back to work. If I'm lying down and having a problem I'll get up and I'll use it relieve my stress and then be okay all over again. I will say that sometimes it may create another one because of the release but overall I am so far unbelievably satisfied I can't give it enough stars for this thing and its ability to do what I need when I need it and how fast and exactly where and the pressure I'm able to put on it that the human elbow can't do is ungodly.
